I'm a nerd for most things science, a hippie at heart who romanticizes the 60's and I use baking as a form of therapy.

I have built and continue to build the relationship I want. We are raising three children together.

Life is messy and chaotic. I wrestle with the same challenges all of us do which often we don't have a place to talk about.

Over time I realized many of the challenges in my life I had created myself but I had no map for getting out of.

For me, finding a great therapist and superb coaches has been life changing. Many of our greatest challenges can be overcome when we are doing it with the aid of someone whose purpose is to help us with just that.

I continue to work on myself. I continue to invest in coaching and programs.

AND

I have found great meaning in being a witness and an ally to those who also want to blast through or chip away at challenges, patterns, blocks and boredom.

MY MISSION

To guide women through the journey of identifying and manifesting their inner desires by coaching them through a blend of scientific, mystical, rational and intuitive embodiment practices.

MY APPROACH

I use a blend of the scientific, mystical, intuitive and rational because the truths that emerge in the overlap are a sign that they are in fact truths. There are different ways of articulating the same truths.

SCIENTIFIC

My science background was the most important part of me for a very long time. For this reason, I still find it important to be grounded in the current literature and research around the physiology, neurobiology and anatomy of sex and pleasure related issues.

MYSTICAL

The mystical side of me began emerging as I entered my thirties. I was attuning to experiences that didn't always have a logical explanation. I was attuning to energy that felt alive and moving within me and being exchanged with other people.

I began to surrender to this idea which brought me more and more peace and contentment.

RATIONAL

Every person I work with is unique and learns and engages with themselves in a unique way. I meet the client where they are and help them understand themselves in their language.

However you view it, it is clear that your wise inner self is always trying to tell you something. I am here to help you learn how to listen to it.

INTUITIVE

I believe the answers and our personal truths and the maps that guide us forward lie within us intuitively. Intuition is the compass.

The source of intuition can be understood scientifically as electrical impulses going through the body to different organs from the brain. It can be understood mystically as energetic information from our future or past ancestors, gods or goddesses or universal powers.
